Now, you can invite users to your project as contributors who can create activities but can only edit the ones they’ve added. This ensures clear ownership while allowing more team members to contribute.

Lock In Your Schedule to Prevent Unwanted Changes

Lock any project version to prevent unauthorized changes while keeping it accessible for comments. Ideal for approved baselines, this feature helps maintain schedule integrity. Project owners can toggle Read-Only mode as needed, with automatic notifications to all project users.

Personal Workspace and Drafts: The Personal Workspace is a dedicated area in which users can build private projects only accessible to the creator. These projects can be moved to the Shared Workspace and shared with teammates as needed.

‍Total Labor and Equipment Hours Per Activity: This feature provides our users with an at-a-glance insight in to the total number of labor hours & equipment hours are being allocated per activity.

Change Log Updates: Planera’s Change Log will now include the before & after values of each change's entity.

‍

New Color Options: We now offer 10 different color options for your groups to help you organize your projects across the Canvas, Table, and Gantt pages. Learn more about groups.
