Make schedule changes with Manny
Available upon request
Changing a dozen durations or rewiring logic across an entire schedule is tedious work when you're doing it activity by activity. With Manny, you describe the change - "change all concrete pour durations to one day" or "switch every inspection to a finish-to-finish relationship with its predecessor" - and Manny identifies every affected activity, shows you a table of current vs. planned values, and runs a what-if scenario through the CPM engine. You see the exact impact on your project end date before anything is committed. From there, apply the changes to your current version or save them as a new one. Everything Manny touches is logged in the Project Changelog with a clear indicator so your team can trace what changed and how. Watch how it works | FAQ: what can Manny change?
Define what quality means for your organization
Your org's standards for schedule quality may not match the defaults. Org admins can now go into Libraries and Settings to customize each quality metric: adjust the weighting, set your own thresholds for good, okay, and poor, and turn individual criteria on or off. Changes save explicitly and apply org-wide, with a changelog and a reset-to-default option. Watch how it works.
Add your whole team at once
When you're setting up a project org or adding a full subcontractor team, entering each email one by one adds up. You can now paste a list of emails from a spreadsheet directly into the Invite New Users flow. Planera validates the list, flags duplicates, and adds the rest in a single step. Watch how it works.
Search Notes and Comments alongside Activities
Universal Search (⌘K / Ctrl+K) now reaches into notes and comments. If you've been leaving notes about blockers or time impacts across your schedule, you can find them with a keyword instead of scrolling activity by activity. Watch how it works.
Run the schedule without second guessing your Data Date
Running the schedule in the middle of a progress update means making a call about activities that haven't been progressed yet. The new popup frames that call directly: it asks whether your progress updates are complete, then gives you two clearly labeled options - keep current dates if you're still mid-update, or move activities to the data date when you're done. The choice is named, not implied. Watch how it works.
Find every Activity with a Note in one filter
When someone asks you to walk through every annotated activity on the project, you can now pull that list up with a single filter: show all elements with notes, or show all elements without them. To search for specific text inside a note, ⌘K / Ctrl+K gets you there. See it in action.
Track critical Notes and Comments with Manny
Notes and comments on activities are where the real project context lives - blockers, RFIs, reminders, pre-install checklists. Manny now has full visibility into every note and comment that you have access to, which means you can ask it to pull them together into something useful. Prompt Manny to summarize your blockers and reminders and it returns a structured log with activity names, scheduled dates, status, and categories. Download the result as a PDF or CSV to bring into an OAC meeting or share with your team. Watch how it works.
Add images to Manny chats
You can now drag and drop images directly into a Manny chat or attach them using the image button. Manny reads the content and uses it as context for whatever you ask next. The use cases are wide open: drop in a pour plan and have Manny build out activities from it, share a site photo and ask which activities on your schedule might be affected, or attach a markup and ask Manny to summarize the changes. The image stays in the conversation, so Manny can keep referencing it as you iterate. Watch how it works.
Download any Manny response
Tables and chats in Manny can now be downloaded as PDFs and/or CSVs. Click the download icon on any table to download it as a PDF or CSV for your own tracking, or export a conversation as a PDF to share with your team or attach to project files. Watch how it works.
