See Exactly What You'll Print Before You Print It

The Download PDF screen now shows a one-page preview of your Gantt printout that updates live as you adjust the timescale, page size, columns, timeline zoom, or header and footer content. You can see the total page count for any layout before you commit, so the PDF you hand to an owner or a super is right the first time. And for very large printouts, Planera emails you a link when the PDF is ready, so you can get back to work while it builds. Watch how it works.

Show Just the Side of the Gantt You Need

The split Gantt is great for building, when you want the table and timeline side by side. But in a presentation or an RFI response, one side may be all you need. Now you can expand or hide the left pane with a single click, or drag the split bar to any position you like, and whatever layout you choose carries through to the print preview and the downloaded PDF. Set Work Hours Once for the Whole Project

You can now set default work hours for the entire project from project settings. Change the default, and every activity that inherits it updates in one shot, so moving a project to 10s or 12s takes seconds. Planera is smart about what it touches: completed activities keep their recorded hours, and any hours you set manually stay exactly as you left them. Watch how it works.

Drop Photos Straight Into Your Notes

A photo from the site often carries more context than anything you could type about it. Notes now support embedded images through the new insert image icon, copy and paste, or drag and drop, so the visual and written context for an activity live in the same place. See it in action.

Update Progress on Just Your Scope of Work

When you're updating progress, you can now filter the list down to the activities that are relevant to you. Filter by any custom code in your project, whether that's responsibility, safety, or cost coding, and pull up just your scope of work or a single section of the building. It's a small change that makes progress updates faster for folks in the field. Watch how it works.
