Find Anything in Your Schedule with One Shortcut

You're staring at a thousand-activity schedule, you know the name of the activity you need, but you don't know where it lives. Universal Search makes that a single move: hit ⌘K / Ctrl+K or click the search button from Canvas, Table, or Gantt and a centered modal searches the whole project, surfacing results regardless of which group they sit in, by name or activity ID. View Resource Demand by Project, Not Just by Resource

You're trying to figure out whether to chase another pursuit or pause one. A new Group by Project toggle flips the org-level Resource Planning Dashboard to project-first on both Labor and Equipment, so when you're balancing cranes, lifts, or specialty crews across multiple sites, the data is already shaped the way the question is asked. Flip a Relationship Without Redrawing It

On a busy network, drawing a relationship the wrong way means deleting the connection, finding both elements again, and redrawing it. Right-click any relationship on Canvas now and the context menu has a Switch Direction option that flips predecessor and successor in place. If switching would create a circular relationship, the option is grayed out with a tooltip explaining why, so you can move quickly without breaking your logic. Watch how it works.

Don't Send Out a Stale Schedule Without Knowing

You hit export, send the file to the owner or GC, and only later realize the project was stale, which means the dates and float path data they're now reviewing could be out of date. Planera now warns you before any export that the schedule is stale. If you proceed anyway, the exported file gets an appended note flagging that the CPM data may be out of date, so the recipient knows what they're looking at. Watch how it works.

View PPC for Critical Path Activities

When heading into a review on end-date risk, you may want PPC scoped to just the activities that drive your finish date. A new Critical Path toggle on the PPC section filters the graph to those activities only, so when the score drops, you can see exactly which ones missed. The filter carries through when you print or share the dashboard, so the report tells the same story you're looking at.
